FEEDBACK

Help shape the next conversation.

Tell us where Across makes connection easier—and where something still gets in the way.

A good report gets us closer.

Choose a report type, add a little context, and copy your draft. Share it privately with the pilot administrator who invited you. This page prepares text on your device; it does not submit a ticket or send a message.

Leave out private messages, invitation links, passwords, and personal information. Your draft is not saved by this website.

What would make global teamwork better?

We’re especially interested in the moments between a conversation and an outcome. Where do decisions get lost? What makes a handoff difficult? Which tools do you leave the chat to use? Concrete examples will help us explore the right next step.
